§ 41-1. Discharge prohibited; exceptions.

From and after the passage of this chapter it shall be unlawful for persons or persons to fire or discharge any gun, pistol, revolver, Flobert Rifle or fireann of any kind within the limits of Callery Borough, provided that the same may be fired or discharged in case of absolute necessity for the protection of life and property and by the proper officers of the Borough in the enforcement of law in relation to dogs or by the special pennission of the Mayor  borough.

§ 41-2. Violations and penalties.l

Any person or persons convicted of a violation of the prOVISIon of this chapter shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not exceeding $500 for each offense to be for the use of the Borough of Callery.
